The General Management is committed to the continuous improvement of the Company Management System, in order to support its strategic guidelines.
Furthermore, the General Management undertakes to ensure that:
the necessary resources are available for the Quality, Environment and Health & Safety Management System;
the Customer's requirements and the applicable mandatory requirements are determined, understood and met on a regular basis;
the organizational context is periodically analyzed, in relation to internal and external factors;
risks and opportunities are determined and addressed;
the focus on increasing customer satisfaction is maintained;
the protection of the environment, the prevention of pollution and the safeguarding of essential resources for eco-sustainable development are guaranteed;
the environmental impacts relating to the company's activities are periodically understood and assessed;
compliance with all applicable legislative requirements relating to the environment and health and safety is guaranteed;
the assessment of dangers and the control of risks are constantly updated in order to guarantee healthy and safe places, prevent the occurrence of accidents and injuries and the onset of occupational diseases;
consultation and participation of all workers is encouraged with regard to issues relating to health and safety.

The Management System for Quality, Environment and Health & Safety, harmonized according to the spirit and letter of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 and UNI ISO 45001: 2018 standards, is the necessary tool to ensure the achievement of the objectives indicated.
The Head of the Company System Management Service (RSGQ / HSE) has the task of reporting to the General Management on the performance of the Integrated System, in order to allow its continuous improvement.
